DEPOSIT:
Please verify the status of the puppy and/or dog you're interested in prior to sending out a deposit. If he/she is still available, and you're truly serious about purchasing, we will mark the pup/dog of choice on "pending status" for up to ONE week in order to receive a deposit, (which allows ample time for me to receive your deposit). Once received, the puppy will be marked "sold" and no-one will be able to inquire on that puppy. If the deposit is not received, the puppy will be placed back up for sale on a first come first serve bases. Please note: buyers can place more than the minimum deposits down, or can send payments at anytime in any amount. Extra funds sent will be applied directly to your puppy's balance. We can send receipts out on all money received, so buyers will be able to keep track of all money sent, received, and due.
We are very flexible as we have been in the "buying seat" before, and hate how some sellers are very demanding ... so for the buyer's convenience I will still accept cash, money orders (Postal/Wal-marts), checks (personal/bank/business), wire transfers (Western Union/Money Gram) or PayPal (credit/debit cards or electric check) for deposits to hold your puppy/dog of choice! Please note, we can not hold a puppy without a deposit, and my "initial holding deposits required are $200", which is subtracted from the price of the dog. The remaining balance is due at pickup (in the form of cash, or a postal money order).. Or due one week prior to shipping, including additional shipping charges (or 2 weeks prior, if not paid by a secure form of payment).
Please note, if you should change your mind on purchasing the puppy held, all deposits and payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE!! They are only refundable or transferable if your puppy is found to be unfit and not suitable for sale, which is determined by our veterinarian at their health exam at 8 weeks of age. Deposits hold your puppy/dog of choice UNTIL ready to be placed in their new homes, which is after their 8 week old vet checks (only smaller puppies are held longer). Once the puppy is ready, we will allow a few days to arrange a pickup date and/or shipping, however due to an over whelming delay in people making arrangements in a timely manner, we had to start charging an additional flat rate of $25 per week to hold the puppies longer. This covers their overall care.. which covers expenses like, but no limited to (food, treats, raw food, wee-wee pads, cap-star, shampoo, etc..), also includes their next round of vaccinations & wormings as needed, another vet check (if held longer than 30 days), etc.. Please also note, once the puppies are ready to go, I can not continue to hold them more than two weeks without additional funds being placed down, this is to show me that you are still serious in purchasing the puppy. Buyers also have the option to arrange a payment plan at this time.

While placing your deposit down ... you can consider "pre-paying" for your puppy in advance!!
I am now offering 10% off your puppy's total purchase price, "if" you pay your puppy off prior to 6 weeks of age. Please note, this does not apply to older puppies and/or adults, who are older than 6 weeks or ready to leave! Also, does not cover shipping expenses or other optional services! (example $750 dog = $75 OFF)
PAYMENT PLAN:

Like I explained perviously, we have been in the "buyers seat" before and know what it is like having to come up with all of the money up front, or not be able to afford that "one special puppy" you really want!!
So for the past few years, I have offered payment arrangements to suit any buyer's budget, within reason. Payment arrangements are contractual, to protect both the buyer and seller, and all terms are agreed upon between both the buyer and seller. Payment arrangements vary, as we work closely with each buyers' needs, finances, and individual pay dates. Payments can be setup on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment plan until paid in full (then pickup or safe shipping can be arranged). Payments may be dropped off in person, mailed out via check (must not be postmarked past due date), via money order, PayPal, etc... We do not ask for finance or kenneling charges for this option, but we will request a small weekly fee to help purchase food, reimburse any medical expenses, etc.. while your puppy is still in our care.
WAITING LIST:
Customers on our waiting list get first choice of a litter after us. Due to the high demand of may customers wanting a specific color, sex, size, etc... we have decided to start a waiting list for our upcoming litters. To keep our list as accurate as possible for the "serious buyer", it takes a non-refundable deposit of $50 to be placed on our waiting list. Waiting list deposits are only non-refundable if you change your mind, and decide not to purchase a puppy from us ... as the $50 will go directly towards your puppy's inital holding deposit (see deposit section above), which is required to hold your puppy of choice. Once on our waiting list your deposit is good for any litters, current or upcoming, for a year after date of placing it. After puppies are whelped and you see one you are interested in ... please let us know of your interest. You will have one week to place the remaining holding deposit down to secure your puppy of choice. Customers on our waiting list are prioritized in order they are placed down on the list. To be fair to other customers waiting on the list ... once you are on the list and you purchase a puppy, you will have to place another $50 down to go back on the waiting list again. *** Prior to being placed on our waiting list, we will need detailed information regarding the puppy you are looking for: include the color of interest, sex, size, coat type, etc... please be as specific as possible!
$50 CASH REFERRAL:
Dear customers, if you have purchased a puppy from us, and refer someone else ... and ... if they decide to purchase a fur-baby from us, then we will issue you a $50 money order made out to you (after the puppy is paid for in full)!! We appreciate your business, and sell most of our fur-babies through word of mouth, and is just one way we can say thank-you for keeping the word out there!!
